In an effort to clean up our existing On-line Security Access environment, effective immediately, all User Id’s that  have not been used in 125 days or more, will be deleted. While this had been our policy in the past, it had not been enforced. We will now be strictly enforcing this policy going forward, and routinely deleting dormant User Id’s.

If you or your staff need any User Id’s reinstated, please send an email request tocustomersupport@cme.com
